Section 4. Penalty The Rajasthan Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2008

4. Penalty
Any offender, who commits any act in contravention sanction 3, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of three years and with fine, which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.
