Section 19. The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer

19. The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer : - (1) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the {President}1 in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (2) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
