3. Nodal Agency. (1) Subject to superintendence, direction and control of the Government and the State Empowered Committee, Bureau of Investment Promotion shall be the State level Nodal Agency for the purpose of this Act. (2) Subject to superintendence, direction and control of the Government and the District Empowered Committee, District Industries Centre shall be the District level Nodal Agency for the purpose of this Act.
