Section 10. Chancellor

10. Chancellor: (i) The Governor of the State of Rajasthan shall be the Chancellor of the University. He shall, by virtue of his office, be the head of the University & shall, when present, preside at the convocations thereof. (ii) The Chancellor shall have such other powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or the statutes there under.
