10-B. Computerisation.-The work of grant of receipt, tax certificate, token7[Deleted], etc., under this Act may be computerized in such manner, as may be prescribed. Such work may be entrusted to any agency and the cost incurred may be realised from the owner of the vehicle in such manner, as may be prescribed. ]
