Bar to jurisdiction of civil and criminal courts in matter of taxation.-The liability of a person to pay the tax shall not be questioned or determined otherwise than as provided in thisAct or in rules made thereunderand no prosecution suit or other proceeding shall lie against any officer of the 1[State Government] for any thing in good faith done orintended to be done under this Act.
