Section 6. Repeal

Repealed 8 August 2023Rajasthan (State Act)
This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 21; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Repeal The Rajasthan Municipal Elections (Validating) Ordinance, 1961 (No. 2 of 1961) is hereby repealed.
