Section 3. Repeal
The Rajasthan Municipal Taxes (Validating) Act, 1961
Repealed 8 August 2023Rajasthan (State Act)
This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. Repeal The Rajasthan Taxes (Validating) Ordinance, 1960 (Ordinance No. 20 of 1960), is hereby repealed.
