Section 101. Internal revenues of Municipality.

101. Internal revenues of Municipality.- The internal revenues of the Municipality shall consist of its receipts from the following sources, namely:- (a) taxes levied by the Municipality, (b) user charges levied by the Municipality for provision of civic services, and (c) fees and fines levied for performance of regulatory and other statutory functions.
