Section 154. Types of private sector participation agreements.

154. Types of private sector participation agreements.- (1) Private sector participation agreements shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this section, such agreements include the following: (a) Build-Own-Operate-Transfer Agreement, (b) Build and Transfer Agreement, (c) Build-Lease-Transfer Agreement, (d) Build-Operate-Transfer Agreement, (e) Lease and Management Agreement, (f) Management Agreement, (g) Rehabilitate-Operate-Transfer Agreement, (h) Rehabilitate-Own-Operate-Transfer Agreement, (i) Service Contract Agreement, and (j) Supply-Operate-Transfer Agreement.
