Section 95. Placing of Audited Accounts before the Municipality.

95. Placing of Audited Accounts before the Municipality.- (1) The Chief Municipal Officer shall place the audited financial statement, the balance sheet and the report of the Auditor and his comments before the Finance Committee which, after the examination thereof, shall place them before the Municipality with its comments, if any. (2) The Chief Municipal Officer shall remedy any defect that has been pointed out by the Auditor in his report and place before the Municipality the reply of the objections and defects as pointed out by the Auditors .
