Section 5. Repeal and Savings
THE RAJASTHAN MUNICIPALITIES (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 1987

This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 49; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. Repeal and Savings (1) The Rajasthan Municipalities (Amendment and Validation) Ordinance, 1987 (Ordinance No. 18 of 1987) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed have been done, taken or made under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
