This Act was repealed on 8 August 2023 by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 2023 (Act No. 14 of 2023), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 45; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. Repeal
The Rajasthan Municipalities (Validation of Constitution of Vidya Vihar Municipality and Amendment) Ordinance, 1984 (Ordinance No. 10 of 1984) is hereby repealed.
