Section 14. Office and meetings of the Board
14. Office and meetings of the Board :- (1) The office of the Board shall be at Nathdwara. (2) For the transaction of its business the Board shall meet at such intervals as may be prescribed at Nathdwara unless a majority of the members decide to meet at same other convenient place. (3) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five. [(4)Every meeting of the Board shall be presided over by the President and in his absence by the Vice-President and in the absence of both the President and the Vice-President, by a member to be chosen by the members present to preside for the occasion.]23 (5) Question arising at a meeting of the Board shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present there and voting and in every case of equality of votes, the President, [Vice-President]24 or the person presiding shall have and exercise a casting vote.
