Section 4. Administration to vest in Board

4. Administration to vest in Board,- (1) The administration of the temple and all its endowments shall vest in the Board constituted in the manner hereinafter provided. (2) The Board shall be a body corporate by the name of the Nathdwara Temple Board and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable; and may sue or be sued in the said name.
