Section 8. Term of office

8. Term of office :-[The members]17 of the Board other than the ex-officio member thereof, shall subject to the provisions of sections 6,7 and 10 hold office for a period of three years from the date of which their appointment is notified in the official Gazette. [Provided that the outgoing members shall be continue to hold office till the reconstitution of the Board.]18
