1. Short title,extent commencement and application (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan non-Trading Companies Act, 1960. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come into force at once. (4) It shall apply to a company as defined in section 2 of this Act.
