1. Short title, extent and commencement. — (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964. (2) It extends to the whole of the Stale of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come into force at once.
