Section 7. Filling of vacancies.

7. Filling of vacancies. —On the occurrence of any vacancy by virtue of any of the provisions contained in section 6, a report of such vacancy shall he forthwith made to the State Government which shall fill up the same, as soon as may be, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.
