Section 107. Disputes.

107. Disputes.- (1) If any dispute arises between two Panchayati Raj Institution or between a Panchayati Raj Institution and any other local authority, it shall be referred to the State Government. (2) The decision of the State Government on such dispute shall be final and shall not be questioned through any suit of other proceeding before any Civil Court.
