Section 117. Bar to interference by Courts in certain matters.

117. Bar to interference by Courts in certain matters.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act- (a) the validity of any law relating to the delimitation of constituencies or wards or the allotment of seats to such constituencies or wards made or purporting to be made under this Act, shall not be called in question in any Court, and (b) no election to any Panchayati Raj Institution shall be called in question except by an election petition presented to such authority and in such manner as is provided for by or under this Act.
