Section 71. Appeal from assessment.

71. Appeal from assessment.- (1) Any person aggrieved by the assessment, levy or imposition of any tax or fees under this Act may appeal therefrom to the competent authority. (2) An appeal under Sub-sec. (1) may be preferred within ninety days from the date of the assessment, levy or imposition appealed from and the decision of the competent authority thereon shall be final.
