Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959

82. Amendment of Rajasthan Act 6 of 1952. As from the date on which a committee of management is constituted for a public trust under section 53, clause (7) of the Second Schedule to the Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952 ( Rajasthan Act 6 of 1952) shall, in relation to that public trust, have effect as if for the words to the person, who is or may hereafter be recognized in accordance with law as being charged for the time being with the duty of maintenance of such institution or place of worship or the performance of such service the words to the committee of management constituted for it under section 53 of the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 were substituted.
