10. Service of orders Every order made under section 4 or section 9, shall be served on the person affected thereby,- (i) in the manner provided for the service of a summons in Order V, in the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 of the Central Legislature x x x : or (ii) in such other manner, as may be prescribed.
