10. Filling up of casual vacancy :-Casual vacancies in the office of the President or any member of the Board, other than the ex-officio members, caused by death, resignation, removal or otherwise shall be filled up by the State Government by appointment of persons who are not disqualified under sub-section (3) of section 6.
