22.Other Officers and Servants :-The Board may subject to any general or special directions issued by the State Government, appoint, suspend, remove dismiss or reduce in rank or in any way punish all officers and servants of the Board other than Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with rules made by the State Government : Provided that the Board may, subject as aforesaid, direct that one person shall be appointed to discharge the duties of any two or more officers.
