1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur Act, 2012. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 27th August, 2012.
