Section 10. Restriction on transfer

10. Restriction on transfer Every transfer of immovable property or of any interest therein made by a scheduled debtor who is a judgment debtor of any decree referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 5, during the prescribed period, shall be void as against the holder of such decree.
