12. Protection of action taken in good faith No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Chairperson or member of the Division Fee Regulatory Committee or the Revision Committee or any officer of it, for executing any order made by it or in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under any rule or order made thereunder.
