Section 47. Delegation of powers

Delegation of powers Delegation of powers : The Board may, by Statutes, delegate the powers exercisable by it under this Act or the Statues made there under, to any authority, officer, Heads of colleges, divisions, departments, institutes or units and offices subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Board may deem proper.
