19. Donations, Contribution etc. to the Commission The Commission may, with the previous sanction of the State Government and Subject to such terms and conditions and may be specified in this behalf by the State Government, receive money from any organisation, or person by way of donation, contribution, or by whatever name called for the purpose of this Act.
