Section 13. Over riding effect of the Act.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 1997 (Act No. 7 of 1997), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 231 (1987, No. 18); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. Over riding effect of the Act. - The provisions of this Act shall have affect not withstanding anything inconsistant therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force.
