Section 16. Repeals and Savings

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Rajasthan Laws Repealing Act, 1997 (Act No. 7 of 1997), s.2 and Schedule, S. No. 231 (1987, No. 18); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16. Repeals and Savings :- (1) The Rajasthan state Road Transport Service (Prevention of Ticketless Travel Ordinance, 1975 (Rajasthan Ordinance No. 4 of 1975) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal all things done and action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 22nd day of January, 1975.
