100. Higher maximum in certain cases — Notwithstanding anything contained in section 98 and 99 the amount of cash rents payable in respect of a holding in an urban area or payable to a widow, a minor, a disabled person or a student who is below 25 years of age and is studying in a recognised institution may extend to one and a half times of the maximum which may be prescribed under the said sections. Explanation— 'Urban area' in this section means an area consisting of Abadi as well as agricultural lands within two miles of a town with population of not less that 15,000 persons.
