125. Enhancement or abatement when to take effect— Every decree or order for the enhancement or abatement of rent shall take effect from the commencement of the agricultural year next following that in which such decree or order is passed unless the court for special reasons to be recorded orders that it shall take effect from some earlier or later date to be specified.
