Section 14. Classes of tenants

14. Classes of tenants— For the purposes of this Act, there shall be the following classes of tenants, namely: (a) Khatedar tenants, (aa) Maliks, and (b) Tenants of Khudkasht, and (c) Gair Khatedar tenants.
