162. Arrear demand satisfied upon ejectment— Subject to the provisions of sections 164, 165 and 166, when a Khatedar tenants is ejectment from whole or any portion of his holding in execution of a decree or order for ejectment for nonpayment of rent, all arrears of rent, due in respect of such holding on the date of delivery of possession shall deemed to have been paid.
