Section 16A. Tenants of Khudkasht

16A. Tenants of Khudkasht— Every person to whom at the commencement of this Act or at any time thereafter, Khudkasht has been or is let out lawfully by an estate holder in any part of the State shall be the tenant of such Khudkasht: Provided that, upon the estate holder becoming a Khatedar tenant of his Khudkasht land sunder section 13, the tenant (4 such Khudkasht shall become a sub-tenant holding under and from such Khatedar tenni.
