Section 179. Suit for compensation, etc.

179. Suit for compensation, etc.— Notwithstanding anything in section 177 a landholder may, in lieu of issuing or applying for the issue of notice for ejectment, sue:— (a) for compensation, or (b) for an injunction without compensation or, (c) for the repair of the damage or waste with or without compensation.
