203. Remedy for wrongful ejectment— An Ijaradar or Thekadar who has been wrongfully ejected from the whole or any part of the Ijara or Theka area or wrongfully prevented form exercising his rights as Ijaradar or Thekadar by the lessor or any person claiming under, or as an agent of the lessor, he may sue for compensation for such wrongful dispossession or unlawful interference.
