247. Suit for arrears of revenue paid— (1) An estate-holder who had paid arrears of revenue on account of co-sharer may sue such co-sharer for the amount so paid. (2) Co-sharer who paid arrears of revenue on account of an estate-holder or another co-sharer may sue such estate-holder or co sharer for the amount so paid.
