Section 30A. Savings and disposal of pending applications

30A. Savings and disposal of pending applications- (1) Nothing in this Chapter shall affect the decision on and disposal of any application under section 19 made before the appointed date and every such decision shall be operative as if validly and lawfully given. (2) All such applications pending at such date shall be consigned to records without any orders.
