32. Right to written lease and counterparts— (I) Every tenant shall be entitled to receive from his land holder a written lease consistent with the provisions of this Act in the prescribed Corm and containing the prescribed particulars. (2) Upon delivering or tendering to a tenant such a lease as is mentioned in sub-section (1), the land-holder shall be entitled to receive from the tenant a counterpart thereof. (3) If a lease or counterpart is not received by the person entitled to receive it under this section, he may bring a suit for obtaining such lease or counterpart, as the case may be,
