Section 19. Meetings of the Senate

19. (1) The Senate shall, on a date to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor, meet once a year at a meeting to be called the annual meeting of the Senate. (2) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than twenty-five members of the Senate, convene a special meeting of the Senate.
