Section 94. Contribution by Trust towards leave allowance and pensions of Government servants

94. Contribution by Trust towards leave allowance and pensions of Government servants The Trust shall be liable to pay such contributions for the leave allowance and pension of every Government servant employed as an officer or servant of the Trust as may be required, by the conditions of his service under the Government, to be paid by him or on his behalf.
