Section 27. Injunction by a Civil Court barred.

27. Injunction by a Civil Court barred. - Except an authority before whom an appeal under this Chapter is pending, no court or authority shall notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force issue any injunction against any person in respect of any proceedings pending before any officer under this Act, which shall have the effect of staying the proceedings.
