Section 8. Taking over of estate.

8. Taking over of estate. - On the date of vesting, any officer appointed in this behalf by the Collector shall, subject to the provisions contained in sub-Section (4) of Section 5 and Sections 6 & 7, take charge in the prescribed manner of the estate and of all interest therein vesting in the State Government under sub-Section (2) of Section 5.
