24. Application of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to any search or seizure: The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) shall so far may be, applied to any search or seizure under sub-clause (iv) of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 21.
