Section 36. Repeal and Saving

36. Repeal and Saving: (1) The Sikkim Labour Protection Act, 2005 (Act No. 20 of 2005), and the Rules made thereunder alongwith all amendments are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act, rules, regulations or orders on the subject, shall be deemed to have been done, taken, issued or made under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
