Section 43. Provident Fund and Pension SIKKIM SKILL UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021

43. The University shall constitute Provident Fund and Pension for the benefit of its employees and provide such insurance scheme as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
